On November 29 2007  LB Parks & Recreation and the T.L.C. presented our concept for the new Livingston Park Tot Lot at a Community Meeting held at Lowell Elementary School.  Councilman DeLong has been very supportive of our efforts to build a beautiful and educational new playground for our Community.

A conceptual drawing of the entire playground can be found by clicking here.   This is a Community driven project- both in fundraising and design.  If you have any questions or comments please email the T.L.C. at info@totlotcommittee.org.

T.L.C. Mission-  The Tot Lot Committee's mission is to enhance the lives and well being of the children of our community by providing them with a safe and fulfilling place to play.

We believe that the Belmont Shore Tot Lot should remain a permanent fixture in our community, but be updated to include state of the art play equipment for both toddlers and school age children alike.

We believe in creating a community gathering place for the entire family that will that will foster community interaction.

Parenting Lecture
I hope you will be able to join us to hear Larry Garf speak on putting our children at risk by starting academics too early. The concepts he shares provide insight for parents of all children from birth through adolescence. I am sure you will find this hour of your time to be well spent.
